Does the free plan ever expire?
Basic stays free as long as you keep using it. Our goal is to create a European digital ecosystem, and we'd rather have you with us than nudge you out.
Where is my data physically stored?
Your data is safely stored in data centers in France. Data never crosses outside the EU.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?
You can upgrade or downgrade any time and the price will adjust by the next billing period. Cancel and we'll keep your data dormant for 45 days - should you change your mind.
What happens if you go out of business?
A reasonable thing to ask. If such a thing were to happen, we would grant a grace period for you to be able to port your data and you would be notified of such early on.
